Eterpan fiber cement ceiling boards are designed for ceilings in dry and wet areas, are water resistant and impact resistant. Eterpan ceiling boards are manufactured according to a new formula that does not contain asbestos, are lightweight, durable, have stable dimensions and have a long service life.
Eterpan Fiber Cement Ceiling Board is manufactured by the Belgian industrial group Etex. Established in 1905, Etex is dominating the high-end building materials market, being one of the largest manufacturers of cellulose fiber cement boards in the world. With decades of perfecting technology, Eterpan products have impact resistance, moisture resistance, and fire resistance properties, suitable for all construction projects from the simplest to the most complex.
Eterpan ceiling boards can be mounted on a wooden frame with nails or screwed onto a steel frame with screws. Joints between panels can be left open or treated with mesh glue and joint compound.

Ideal application for interior and exterior ceilings: house ceilings, parking lot ceilings, garages, porches and wet areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc.
Screw spacing:
Screw 12mm from the edge of the panel and 50mm from the corner of the panel. Screws must be screwed at a maximum distance of 300mm, positioned in the middle of the frame.
Joint treatment details:
Each panel joint can be treated with mesh tape and Flexible joint treatment powder.
The joint is best treated in the case that both panels have beveled edges.
Flat the joint with 3 coats, the base coat, the first coat and the second coat should be wide enough to cover the joint, the width is 200mm and 300mm respectively.
Lightly sand the joint after drying to have a smooth surface before painting.
