Tightly weld the horizontal bars to the vertical bars<br \/>\nThe distance between the horizontal bars is 122cm<br \/>\nAssemble the cement panels onto the pre-built steel frame, the bottom of the cement panel is 1cm from the floor. The cement panel can be placed horizontally or vertically (upright). Install the cement panel from the bottom first, gradually going up.<br \/>\nPlace the edges of the cement panel 3-5mm apart to have a gap to insert glue to treat the joints. You can use additional insulation panels inserted between the 2 panels in case the design requires the construction of a thermal insulation partition.<br \/>\nProceed to treat the cement panel joints by inserting expanding rubber foam underneath or using joint treatment powder or silicone to fill the gap (Expanding foam used must be suitable for outdoor conditions).<br \/>\nUse waterproof silicone glue or specialized waterproofing chemicals to treat the waterproofing at the contact points between the cement panel and the rubber foam to fill the expansion joint. After treatment, make sure the joint is completely waterproofed.<br \/>\nFinish the partition surface with water-based paint or wall foam, or decorative tiles.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instructions for installing wood fiber cement panels as load-bearing floors<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Choose cement board with suitable specifications and thickness<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the first and quite important step that affects the quality and load-bearing capacity of the entire project during construction.
